At The Hospital!

Juliette is at the hospital! She fell at cheer competition last weekend and seemed fine when she got home, but she started developing headaches. She left school early yesterday afternoon and went to the doctor. The doctor admitted her late last night.

We don't know when she will be home. They are running tests because the headaches won't go away. She's been complaining about weird itching on the back of her head as well. She calls often and says the food is terrible and she is spending this morning watching cable news and getting more depressed. She might end up looking a bit different when she gets home.

I will update when Juliette gets home.

Oh no! That's so scary! Poor Juliette! :-(

I hope the doctors find what is wrong, get her all fixed up, and send her home soon.

Oh no! Poor Juliette! I know how scary it is to have a sister in the hospital; Isabella had to stay for two days last year. Get well soon Juliette!

Merci! Sabine, thanks for the compliment on my sweater. I have two new sweaters and two new tops from Royal Doll Boutique. I love them. I have a gorgeous red white and blue graphic tee that I'm wearing to school tomorrow. Thank you Emily, Kaya and Reese for the best wishes for Juliette. She's resting comfortably between tests. I'm off to visit her tomorrow after class.

About Lucie Esmé:

Name: Lucie Esmé Leclair

Favorite past-time: Hiking, travel, getting outside so the rest of the world can meet her.

Lucie is a triplet, born in a small village near Lyon, France. When her two sisters, Juliette and Claudette, enrolled in a student exchange program, she decided to participate as well. Lucie wants to see the world, make lots of friends, and perfect her English. She and Juliette are now living in Southern California with several new roommates, pets, and humans. She posts on the blog more than Juliette does, since she likes to use it as an excuse to put off her studies. She’s a fairly good student, but getting outside and visiting new places is more ~~important to~~ exciting for her.

Lucie is NOT a girly-girl. While living in France, she could be seen biking in the countryside, touring vineyards, getting away with her parents during vacations to hike up the steps of Mont Saint-Michel, and helping in the outdoor markets. Lucie is rarely seen in a dress; she prefers pants, shorts, or capris. She is embracing the Southern California lifestyle and is taking surfing lessons almost every weekend. Claudette was born near Lyon, France. She enrolled a foreign exchange student program along with her sisters Juliette and Lucie. They went to live in Southern California and she's in Queretaro, Mexico.
She is a very outspoken girl, usually for a good cause, but sometimes gets into trouble. Her intentions are always good, though. She knows she's beautiful and she's not afraid to show it.
